”As a locksmith, my job is more than installations and troubleshooting – it’s about creating a smooth everyday life for my customers. I am a technical partner who contributes improvements and collaborates closely with various teams, from project managers to service technicians. My customers range from small industries to large construction contracts and government agencies.”

Your role:

We are looking for someone who enjoys a challenging job, and for the right person, this will mean the opportunity to further develop their professional skills. You will be part of a service team of three, where everyone is a bit of a technical expert in their areas. Concrete tasks:

• Work service-oriented with troubleshooting and minor lock installations.
• Plan and execute your work independently in close collaboration with project managers, salespeople, designers, and other service technicians.
• Ensure a good customer experience, work on improvement measures, and upselling.

📍 Location: Borlänge, and you will work from home or from our office in Borlänge. The work takes place in Borlänge and surrounding areas. Travel within the region is a natural part of the job.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in a locksmith role, where you have worked with both mechanical and electronic locking solutions, as well as experience with door automation.
• Have good computer skills and an interest in systems – our development is fast and often directed towards IT.
• Journeyman or master certificate is a merit.

Basic competencies:

• Education at the high school level or YH. Relevant focus on locks or other relevant fields is meritorious.
• Driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken.
